The Non-Military Aviation (Civil Aviation) Act, 2015,–
(1) In sub-section (1) of section 5, instead of the words "over the dominion of Nepal" the words "over the territory of Nepal" have been placed.
(2) Instead of the words "Royal Army" in the place "Thau", the words "Nepali Army" have been placed.
(3) The word "Adhirajya" in "Thau" has been deleted.
(4) Section 12A. has been revoked.
